Solo traveler's cozy retreat
I had a good few days at this place, found myself working well from the little office area behind the bed. The rooftop bar and pool area were fine, perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
It wasn't inexpensive but was still acceptable for the experience I had.

Fairly clean venue with satisfactory breakfasts and mountain views. Spacious room and an amazing bathroom. Welcoming staff and quick to respond. A wide array of delicious food for meals. Very central location to central park. Not far from lovely artwork, that adorned the entire hotel, even including a dedicated art gallery as well as many restaurants and supermarkets.

easy strolls to parks and attractions from this central stay
during my stay, I found the hotel to be in a prime spot, making it super easy to enjoy a leisurely walk to Green Point Park, just around 1.5 km away, and the vibrant V&A Waterfront, a short walk of about 2 km, perfect for soaking in the beautiful scenery and local energy.

The breakfast was the same every day, almost like they were serving leftovers. And imagine my horror when I had to fight for clean linen while seeing other guests treated like royalty. I woudl ve been grateful for any extra attention, but guess I'm not on the VIP list here.

missingWrote a review on 31 Octfriendly driversrooftop poolgreat locationcleaning issues
Staying in the Standard Queen Room was a mixed experience. The location near the stadium was perfect, with access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Staff friendliness made a positive impact, especially the drivers who were really good in their service. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The room felt cramped for two, with basic amenities lacking, such as only one complimentary bottle of water. Cleaning issues marred the stay. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly . An odd situation occurred when I ordered room service and had to wait for spoons for my dessert, which took far too long to resolve. There's a good foundation, but improvements in cleanliness and service efficiency are necessary for a better experience.

The pool area felt neglected with sun lounges scattered randomly!!! After paying for a sea view, being given a noisy street view was disappointing!!! A well-stocked room should include essentials like toothpaste.

The rooftop pool offered amazing views of the surrounding area and was perfect.
The lack of basic amenities in the room, such as a bar fridge and proper hooks for hanging toiletries, made the stay feel less comfortable than expected.
